Location very good, flat very clean and well equipped, decor very nice. Excellent shower. Good restaurants and pub's walking distance

The bed was too firm for us, did not sleep particularly well.

This is an excellent location so close to the town of rye and parking was a bonus. This is a lovely holiday home was very comfortable and suited our needs.
