City centre apartment with south facing patio, 10 minutes walk to the harbour

Location and parking

Check in wasn’t ready for 3 o’clock as advertised cleaner still on site. Parking permit had not been issued resulting in having it sent through then going into town to get it printed off!

Location, parking, patio area comfy bed. Great shower and use of a washing machine.

Finding an unwashed mug in the sink on arrival. Part used water bottle in fridge and dirty can opener. Settee is not the most comfortable but I didn't use it much anyway.

Location brilliant place was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Good location with everything needed a short walk away, flat was very cosy and had all we needed, we both agreed we would stay there again.

Noise transfer from above but with that said it wasn’t really bad

The property was easy to find and gaining access to the keys was straightforward as we had already received the code number. The parking space was a bonus and the permit was easy to find and the instructions were clear. The information pack was a very good idea with lots of useful information in it. On arrival the lamps had been left on for us as we were arriving later in the evening which was a nice touch. When entering the property you get a cosy homely feeling but it seemed more spacious than expected which was nice. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of space in the wardrobe and drawers for clothes etc.

I felt like the property could do with a good clean as it was rather dusty and unfortunately the fridge had a very strong smell of fish in it which put us off using it. The property is very well equipped and homely, however, there seemed a lot of personal items around which sometimes made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Very homey, and lots of personal touches such as milk in the fridge on our arrival. Clean, tidy, lovely shower and very cosy. Great location too- thanks for a lovely stay.

No access to the heating system. We were freezing most of the time

Lovely little apartment.

Not the most salubrious area. Would be helpful if keys had a tag saying FRONT DOOR. Heating a bit hit and miss.
