It could have been cleaner. It was rather dusty and we found a used condom packet under the edge of the bed.

was very dusty. we are both asthmatic and it was uncomfortably warm and couldn’t open windows. could not get hot water in kitchen or bathroom sink. needs a good clean. carpet sweeper we used but it dropped more than it picked up. we were out everyday so we got our fresh air. otherwise can be a lovely little place for visitors. students don’t care but travellers like it ti be cleaner.

This was a lovely, cosy and comfortable apartment with everything in it you could possibly want.

We didn't care for the dead fresh flowers on the table when we arrived they would have been very welcoming if they weren't dead. Also the apartment wasn't just dusty, but dirty we had to wipe down the kitchen before we could even make a drink, the bin was filthy, the table mats still had food from a previous use still stuck on them and the bathroom needed cleaning.

Location central for walking to Plymouth Railway Station, large shopping arcade, historical Sutton Harbour for entertainment and many cafes bars and speciality shops. Flat very comfortable with everything we needed.

Lovely stay in a homely, cosy flat. Had everything I needed for my stay, and was very quiet. Very convenient location for reaching the centre of Plymouth and most amenities/attractions by foot or bus. I'll definitely be back!

Lovely warm comfortable apartment close to city centre. Very clean and well equipped. Onsite parking was a great bonus.
