How close to the city centre it was,

Location was superb. As an Aberdonian, I knew this when booking. Couple of mins walk to bars, restaurants and everything else in central Aberdeen. Flat itself was really well equipped, Kitchen had absolutely everything you could need. Kitchen was combined with a decent living area with TV and small dining table.

Seagulls. I didn't like the seagulls.

Car parking a bit far away but ok

The location was good and the apartment was fairly large with a separate bedroom which is nice. We used the laundry facilities while staying in the apartment which worked fine.

The lock on the front door feels like it's about to fall out. The entryway is a bit ratty but I'm not sure that the owner can do much about that as it belongs to the building. In the room was a book that instructed us to use the dishes as little as possible and to strip the beds when done and take the trash out. I think this was from during the pandemic as it prominently displayed (nor did we do it). This didn't affect my rating but something to know.

Great kitchen facilities, comfortable beds, and great location!

Was quite hot in the bedrooms but that’s to be expected during a heatwave, however living room was nice and cool

City centre location was ideal for our visit. No designated parking space but NCP car park located across from apartments.

The property is in need of a refurbishment and a much needed deep clean.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was a great value for a family of three and gave us everything we needed.

The beds were uncomfortable and it seemed a little out of the way from everything.
