Skene Terrace Apartments

Well equipped apartment. Good heating & plenty hot water. Nice towels. Convenient for city centre.

Initial door code we were sent was wrong so we couldn't get into property initially. Open blue linen bag just inside front main door of block was there throughout our stay. One bed hadn't had the linen changed & there wasn't any spare to allow us to change it. Had to turn linen inside out before we could use the bed. Toilet brush & holder heavily soiled. Some bins hadn't been properly emptied. There was some mould in the bedroom & around window frames. Skirting boards etc dusty. Light out in lower hallway so very datk at night. Parking was quite a bit away & not really secure as gate had been left open

The apartment was lovely, very central, very warm. Excellent welcome pack, had everything, really didn't need to bring anything from home, which is not always the case.

The apartment is very centrally located in Aberdeen and is very well equipped. Car parking is available but you have to ask the host to book it for you. A comfortable property in a very quiet area of town.

The entrance way to the flats needs attention...it does not come across as welcoming and reflects poorly on the apartment itself.

The owner had taken the time to make bedding and towels available and also a welcome pack of essentials which was lovely. The property was spotlessly clean, the location was ideal. Local restaurants, shops, places to see. We could not have asked for better.

Inside really good, kitchen well equipped, bedrooms comfy. Great shower.

Stairs and entrance hallway to property untidy and walls need sone attention. Toilet seat loose
