They don’t like returning deposit. We left apartment in excellent condition condition. In the agreement there is 14 days, a month has passed, so if you like to get rid of extra 150 pounds, that’s a lovely place to stay, it not you will have to consider options that have nothing to do with nice holidays like escalate the issue with payment provider or appropriate consumer protection channels.
