Large Luxury Apartment Blackpool

The property itself was absolutely beautiful, the bathroom was stunning, even down the LED lights that change colour was a nice touch. My son enjoyed watching it change colour!

The only downfall was the hot water, I’m not sure if it was due to cold weather but there was practically no hot water we had to use the kettle for a bath and also to wash up. The shower worked fine though

Location great short walk to train station. short walk to tower (can be seen from bedroom). good eating places nearby. close to tram stop. would stay again.

Very spacious and comfy made it a very pleasant stay. Nicer than others have stayed in blackpool

Couldn’t complain about anything really

Very big very clean everything labelled so you knew where everything was , Tv had Netflix, YouTube etc. Right next to the north pier so everything was walking distance.

The bedding was white which looked lovely but I was very paranoid about staining it so had to sleep on my hoodies and things to prevent any marks.

If you have OCD you will love this apartment!! ALL shelves in the kitchen were labelled with regards to where to put what type of glass on what shelf- is this really necessary? There were labels stuck everywhere reminding us what time we need to exit apartment- even the bedside table had one on it! Very small fridge- not luxurious No washing machine- not luxurious No welcome tea or coffee- first place in our travels around the UK that have not provided this No info book on how to use everything in the apartment No instructions on how to work the shower- not everyone who stays here is from the UK No heating in 2nd bedroom- not luxurious Plastic kettle and toaster- call that luxurious? Toaster tray was full to the brim with toast crumbs ( have photos to prove it) Parking for the car is not £8 as per website- it cost £19 for 24hrs in the public car park As per many previous posts, regardless of what host replies, the message received regarding the £150 refundable damage deposit ( which we have never paid anywhere else in our trip throughout the UK using booking.com) was a shock. We were informed the day of our arrival it needed to be paid - communication regarding this payment was disjointed and very confusing. We advised it would need to be paid via PayPal as we are international guests and whoever I was messaging asked if the payment was being made from an international account?? When I told her we were driving from Scotland to Blackpool she asked if we would paying from a Scottish bank account??? On checkout- there is a note ( another one) on the table asking guests to leave keys on the table which means the apartment is to be left unlocked upon exiting which we weren’t comfortable doing. The area is not very desirable so leaving the apartment unlocked (even though the 2nd door to the building locks automatically, there are other apartments in the building that would have access to this one- if anything was damaged or stolen this would come back on the guest)

Clothes rack in 2nd bedroom kept collapsing-this was the second year this happened. Large mirror in bathroom- not good when showering.

I was sent a txt on my phone and a message via booking.com asking if the children we were with could be quiet. They were playing running around with their new toys for about an hour- having people live downstairs and complain isn't ideal and really spoilt the mood. Absolutely ridiculous. In all the places we have been all over the world I have never experienced this!!!! we were 2 adults with 2 children. also slightly miffed that £150 was requested a couple of days before and i had to send photo i.d. and it took 12 days to return the deposit back to me (yes as previous poster said its in the t&c however made feel very nervous as to who's decision it is the money will be returned?) 12 days is also excessive!!!! I did wonder where on earth we were going asking for photo i.d. aswell. the fridge is wonky and balanced by a brick/stone so we lost some food as it froze in the fridge.
