Very spacious and clean apartment.

Communication was awful as I was unable to reach my e mails. I did ask for any information to be sent to my mobile phone but it didn't happen. Also the camera outside the room felt very intrusive. I had e mails sent to me on the Friday asking me to confirm the house guests as I had 2 colleagues over for a meeting, I paid for the Apartment and did not want to be spied on. The area seems very run down from last year and can be a little intimidating when walking back of a night. Luckily we didn't have our wives with us so it wasn't a big problem.

The location was perfect for distance to the Winter Gardens and seafront. Very spacious and secure.

I didn’t like the houses / hotels opposite. Very run down and a complete contrast to the side we were. We didn’t have hot water in any taps apart from the electric shower which was disappointing.

Very clean apartment parking goof behind it.

Had to go up stairs to get to apartment inside.

Fantastic central location. Very clean and comfortable. Parking just around the corner for reasonable price.

We would have liked 1 hand towel per person rather than just one for the four of us to share. And maybe 2 tea towels for the kitchen.

Property was beautiful, exceptionally clean and spacious.

Location is ideal beside the north pier, same as many places in blackpool area was a bit run down, but that wouldn’t put us off returning. few minutes walk from bus station and 5min walk to winter gardens.

Spacious & clean 1st floor apartment. Beds very comfortable. Tea, coffee, soap, shampoo & washing up items included. 1 x Bath towel per person provided. Decor is a mix of modern & traditional with lovely high ceilings. Good location near to the train station & a short walk to North Pier area. Public car park nearby was £26 for 3 days. Approximately 16 stairs from front door to the apartment. Was nice to be in such a large space that was clean & stylish & would definitely stay there again.

Water was always tepid (maybe timer not working) but owner responded to messages quickly with a solution. Struggled with the hob as couldn’t find any instructions. Was a very pleasant stay though so not complaining.
