Good spec, plenty of room. Lots to recommend it.

Deposit had to be paid by bank transfer which is fine. However they tried to say it would take 14 business working days to transfer back. Terms state within 14 days. Vendor uses virgin bank which we transferred to and they tried to say the bank takes 14 working days when if you look at the website it states 2 days max. Not ideal making a cash deposit let alone them trying to hold your money. As soon as I stated website didn’t state Working days’ and virgin bank transfer times miraculously we had our money back. Def wouldn’t stay for this reason of the stress of them holding our money. Edited - you have changed your terms and conditions after I emailed you with the screenshot, we checked out on 28th April and deposit wasn't paid back until 10th after numerous emails. Very disappointing customer service

Car park close to property easy to find. Just far enough out of the town to not be disturbed too much at night by noise from party goers.

excellent property - in a quiet spot but still close to the promenade. It was easy to get in and out of the property and the labelling of the keys made it very easy to gain access to the property.

A good spacious apartment that comfortably sleeps 4 adults (2 couples). Clean and well equipped with everything needed for our break.

Parking was a bit pricey but this is outside of the owners control, there is a CCTV monitored car park at the north train station which is a 3/4 minute walk away (£18 for 48 hrs).
