The host was attentive and kind. It was clean.

Heater was off during the night. Although, there was a small portable heater, it did not warm up the room enough. I even felt cold under the blanket. The fridge was quite noisy and the host had placed a note stating to “turn it off if you cannot sleep.” But, this is not a practical solution if you have food in the fridge. The bathroom was super cold. If you want to stay for couple of days, I wouldn’t recommend this place especially, in the winter. In the facility section, slippers were included, however, the host said we don’t provide anymore. He kindly provided one upon my request, but it was not new and for hygiene purposes, it was not a good practice. You could hear the noise of someone using the bathroom or talking. It was quite far from the city centre. It took me one hour by bus to get to New street station, Birmingham.

Super comfy and clean

Many places to eat nearby. Close proximity to Birmingham Airport. Parking at front of property. Bathroom was fine.

Bed and pillows very hard. To class as an apartment is stretching things. Cutlery and crockery in top of wardrobe. Light comes on in passageway when anyone in it which lights up whole room. This happened at 4am, twice. Can hear toilet flushing, several times in night, in main part of house. The 2 “apartments” are in garage annexe.

Location is good. Parking available. Room is clean and has fridge

In room 1, it's very difficult to sit and use the toilet. Sink has a cabinet under it which means you hardly have an leg room and need to sit at an angle to use the toilet

Easy self check in. I was only there to sleep and out during the day so it had every thing I needed.

Cold, and unfortunately on a main road so quite loud.

Strategic location between Birmingham and Coventry. Airport nearby with bus X1. Nice to find coffee and milk.
