"Very good and for the price it was ok"

Location was very good parking was ok and a short distance from the NEC

No hot water at the basin but because it was just for one night didn’t complain

Comfy bed. Good shower. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly, even when we self checked in very late and tried to get into his house instead of our accommodation.

Noticed a slight smell in bathroom on arrival but nothing major. Opened window a tiny bit and was fine.
