le bruit de la route à l'extérieur, pas d'isolation des fenêtres, la ventilation dans la salle de bain/toilettes qui fait énormément de bruit et ne s'arrête que 10 minutes après avoir éteint la lumière (pas top quand on va aux toilettes la nuit), beaucoup de moisissures aux fenêtres

Great location! Comfy bed and good price for an apartment in the centre of Edinburgh.

Bathroom was not fit for purpose, as the toilet flush would work sporadically, the shower didn’t work well and the bathroom sink didn’t drain properly.

The location was excellent, and the building secure. Enough space for 2 people.

The apartment could use a deep clean and some freshening of the decor. That said it was cleaned prior to my stay and had everything I needed.

Great location, clean, comfortable.

Apartment got hot and there was no fan or other way to modify temperature other than opening windows which had loud road noises. No laundry cleaning products available either. Otherwise place was great.

A little tired in places & took a while to figure out the heating

The location was great. We could easily walk to everything. The instructions on how to get into the apartment were very clear and easy. Gavin went above and beyond for us (and for our side quest), and the communication was excellent. He is also very flexible with leaving luggage, checking in early or late, which was very convenient for us. The apartment itself is very nice. It is not too small, there is enough space to sit around, and it is nicely decorated. There are quite some facilities. The mince pies were a nice touch! We overall had a wonderful stay and would recommend this apartment if you're staying in Edinburgh.

- No shower gel even though that was listed; - Dust clogged the ventilation system in the bathroom; - Mugs and cutlery were quite dirty as if they weren't washed.

The apartment is near Edinburgh Castle! It’s a really nice neighbourhood, with a big square and food places nearby. It’s 10 minutes walk from the Royal Mile and the city centre!

The apartment needs a deep cleaning!

The location of the apartment was excellent. So easy to get to everything

It was very noisy especially during the night. I think there is a lot of university accommodation nearby and there was a lot of shouting and singing during the night. Also building work going on in the mornings. Scaffolding was on the building by the kitchen windows. The shower was horrendous zero water pressure basically just a dribble of water really hard to have a good wash. Really needs to be looked at.
