How cosy , clean. Very well presented, close to the town centre ,restaurants.. Most of all Ruth ,her friendliness and willing to go above and beyond made it all better xxx

"4 night stay"

Location is perfect. Parking is the real icing on the cake. We parked on our arrival and simply walked round York. I can't imagine being any more central with a place to park. Our hosts were quick to help with some initial entry issues and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Something we would really consider repeating.

Only one bedside light and table but that is really picky. We really loved it.

We absolutely loved the accomodation, from its comforting and homely vibes, through to its convenient and easy to access location. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout and a welcome goody bag that made the stay so much more inviting and personalised! There was great communication with the host when my phone internet had decided to be stubborn and not divulge the information needed to access the building, but all was well and we had a lovely cosy break that was much needed!

There was not much that we didn't like or enjoy about our visit, a lot of it was very convenient and well supplied. If I was to be very picky it would be the pillows, but that is only because I'm used to one large firm pillow and that is down to personal preference and not at all a fault with the host or the venue.

The location was perfect for visiting all of Yorks city centre attractions. The apartment was excellent and suitable for someone in a wheelchair.

I would like a handrail in the shower.
