That the property was near everything and it had a garden to sit out

The location was brilliant plus free parking. The room had everything we needed for our stay- toiletries, gorgeous soft towels, comfortable bed and pillows. Couldn’t fault anything.

Booking was not clear that sofa bed was only for a child

The location was quiet and a short walk to shops and the north entrance of York's old city. The property was spacious and had everything. The owner was very helpful in giving us clear instructions for access to the property and had provided a very good information folder.

We loved the apartment, and hope to return there again later this year. I’m waiting for surgery on my ankle, so the location, nearby free parking, and ease of access meant that we were able to enjoy the sights of York stress free. The communication from Ruth was friendly and extremely professional - all instructions were very clear.

Location was perfect distance from everything , everything you needed nearby.

Could not fault the property or location, people staying above us when we stayed there were very noisy till late, but this is not the fault of hosts/property.

Excellent location very close to city centre. On site parking a bonus. Welcome pack was very much appreciated after a long drive
