"Loved York and loved the accommodation."

Property is neat and tidy. But the main thing is the location. Just outside the old city walls, a few minutes from Shambles, York Minster and many other attractions. Also the parking is right opposite the unit. A fantastic place. Ruth has been awesome to deal with. Understanding and flexible.

Perfect in every way , great location with the added bonus of parking. We have been coming to York for years. Sorry, we didn't find this hidden gem sooner .

"Great location, immaculately clean and well presented quiet studio apartment with comfortable bed."

The studio apartment was immaculate. Not a large space but very well designed so everything there you needed. Bed really comfortable. Nice to be able to sit outside on the patio. Very close to a Sainsbury's local, so easy to get provisions. Very quiet, and yet you are very close to the city. Easy to get to from the train station. Ruth provided a 'goody bag' of local York produce which was very welcome and delicious. Lovely shower.

An anti- slip mat in the shower was the only thing which would have been good to have had, otherwise there was everything you could possibly want.

Most helpful and friendly proprietor Ruth. The property was ideal for accessing the medieval City centre, and also had a very useful small Tesco supermarket for some essentials

Fresh and clean with all mod cons. Even a coffee machine.

Shower not really suitable for someone with mobility issues. Needs a portable shower chair and shower mat.

Well equipped, very nicely laid out with everything you need for a visit to York. Parking was a bonus and organised.
