"Great little place!"

Loved this little place! Stayed as a family of 4 with one little dog, for two nights. Found the accommodation exactly as described, clean, well equipped and in a fantastic location. Easy parking, beautiful surroundings and very comfortable beds. Very friendly hosts on site too 😊 We would definitely stay again 👍

The shower was poor unfortunately. This didn't affect us too much as we were only there for two nights visiting family in West Wittering, but would have been tainted our stay had we been staying for longer.

Really relaxed place from which we explored The Witterings by bike. Lovely boat trip to see seals in Chichester Harbour from nearby Itchenor. The Salterns Way and canal paths are are very safe cycling which my octogenarian mother-in-law enjoyed. I was a bit under the weather, so appreciated the cosiness of the apartment. Thanks

It was a lovely cosy, quiet location. Just what we needed. It was super to enjoy time swimming, as well as a bbq, all in all a splendid time.

"The greatest hosts ever"

Everything was excellent! The location is easy to reach by public transportation if needed. We traveled from London by train and bus, which stops right on the corner. The property is spacious and well maintained, with a pool available and a lovely guesthouse that has everything you might need. It was an amazing short getaway from the busy streets of London. But the best part was the incredibly welcoming and considerate hosts. Tim, thank you so much we’re already looking forward to coming back!

"Perfect sanctuary for trip to the beach"

One of the most kid friendly places we've stayed. Travelling with a 4yo and 6mo, the Annex had everything we needed for our weekend away. 10 minutes from West Wittering beach, perfect bolt hole to come back to after a blustery day at the beach. Hosts were super friendly and accommodated our every need. Have been recommending it to all our friends already! The pool and kids play area were a real bonus too.
