"It was nice but definately not worth the money"

The grounds where lovely, location good, field was nice to walk our dog and the pool was lovely.

The living space was really small and not at all comfortable. I am small and I could barely fit on the sofa. We couldn’t relax and felt chlostrophobic. A comfortable sofa would have made a difference and a TV in the bedrooms.

"Not good enough! Would have left and stayed elsewhere if we had the option."

The location was good.

The property was really unclean, dusty, very dated decor. Dead bugs everywhere too! Definitely NOT value for money. The pictures are misleading, this property is really tired and in need of refurbishment to justify price.

Close to the beach, bike rental option, swimming pool, comfy beds, lots of outdoor space for kids and dog. Great hosts, gave us useful tips about the local area.

Small basic living area, but outdoor space more than made up for it.

"Very good stay"

Stayed at the Annex, Truffles, for one night only. The hosts messaged us to let us know when the room was ready and we found the keys in a key box on arrival. The location is lovely. There is a swimming pool, a bit cold in May, but we used it regardless. A small playground for kids too and plenty of green space for everyone. The pool can be used 2 to 4 pm. The Annex is very comfortable for one night. For a longer stay, I'd perhaps suggest to upgrade the sofa (after a very long walk, would have been lovely to have a comfortable sofa where to rest the legs), but it's a minor thing and, for short stays, there is everything that is needed. Very close to a local pub and West Wittering Beach or supermarkets.
