Lovely, comfortable place to stay. Lots of nice touches including some toys for our daughter. The hosts were excellent and very friendly. The swimming pool was great too! Lots to do in the local area.

The grounds of the property are lovely and we had a great long weekend here. The pool was brilliant and the ability to sit out with the fire pit was great fun. The property was well equipped and well located for east and west wittering. Tim and Tilly were very helpful and attentive.

The property is a converted garage so it got very warm with 4 adults, a fan would be useful. Cleanliness could be improved, there were lots of bugs in the property including all over the window sills and on the ceilings. Would be nice if there was a larger table outside out sit and eat outside but the hosts kindly offered to let us use the table by the pool.

All on one level, comfortable accommodation in a convenient location for places of interest. Nice shared garden and field for exercising the dog. Lovely pool and hot tub. Hosts extremely accommodating and very friendly.

The shower was difficult for my elderly mother to get into as it was about a foot high, but Tim provided a suitable step when we asked, so it was fine. The kitchen is small, but we didn’t cook much anyway.

The owner realised that we were not very happy at all and did all he could to accommodate us and make our stay better - hence some positive scores. The poor score is a reflection of Booking.com for the false advertising

the place has been falsely advertised by booking.com - it does not have a private pool, you have access to the owner's pool that is in their garden, from 2-4 per day or when it is convenient for them. there is no outside seating area (although the owner found us a table once he realised how unhappy we were). The annex was exceptionally small. The owner did all he could to make our stay better and we thank them for that, but we only picked this because of the 'pool' and BBQ/outside area - somewhere we planned to literally spend the whole weekend catching up
