Very thin wall and not soundproof. Family who rent upstairs were extremely noisy, specially the morning. Not great if you want to relax.

GBLocation really good. Apartment lovely and spacious, beds comfortable.
Kettle and microwave, kettle was really dirty inside, needs descaling, micowave needs replacing as rusty inside. Fridge was dirty and we had to clean it, i would say cleaner needs to pay a lot more attention to job, floor in smaller bedroom was grubby by the door too.

Pity it was a downstairs apartment!! We had to endure a herd of elephants upstairs the noise was unbearable at times. Didn’t effect our stay.
AUThe location is convenient and we didn’t have too far to walk into the centre of Lyme Regis. There is quite a climb up the hill coming home though.

USFabulous holiday rental with great kitchen and lots of space! a bit of a hike up the hill from the town center, but oh so quiet! Only about a ten-minute walk to the local Co-op and Tesco Express for groceries.
Not a negative, but an observation - the mobility challenged should be aware that although a ground floor unit you must go down 3 or 4 steps from the parking area, and that the apartment has two internal levels, with 6 inch step ups - one between the dining area and the kitchen (main hallway), and one 6 inch step up between the master bedroom and bathroom, so not really good for wheelchair users. Note that there is no handrail for the external steps from the parking area, and that you must make a right-hand turn IMMEDIATELY after going thru the gate because the steps lead downward to the right and there is a fall off directly ahead - so please be careful, especially if it's dark.
