TV was a bit fiddly to control, we had our elderly parents with us who could operate the TV with multiple remotes. Cleaner very rude, we couldn’t find any information about what time we were supposed to check out, we were thinking it was 12 pm but cleaner came in told us it was 10, she was rude we had to tush round to pack things. Left a bitter taste which was completely unnecessary.
GBGBI stayed at the same accommodation 2 years ago. It's in a brilliant location. The appartment is not looking as polished as before. The microwave oven was dirty and there was dirty cutlery and a saucepan at back of cupboard had food stuck to the inside. I don't think it had been properly checked between holidaymakers. The bottom step was loose and the person came to fix it during the stay.
