Great apartments. Very conformable

Week tv signal in bedroom. Mirrors in bedroom not ideal for 5ft women

The apartment was modern and spacious. The location was very good for us to go both city centre and Cardiff bay. There were smart TV in setting room as well as each bedroom - never experienced such luxury around world before though we only used one in the setting room. The apartment was located on 10th floor so the view was very good - could see the giant ferris wheel and famous Pierhead build in Cardiff Bay. The building is just next to the railway but when the windows closed in the night it was very quiet, which was perfect to us. The communication with the host was also very good.

Great location and very comfortable property. Lovely and spacious. My elderly mother had some mobility challenges so having everything on one floor, lifts and a walk in shower really helped. The hosts also kindly let us use the car park a couple of hours before and after check in which meant my mother did not have to navigate awkward distances from public carparks to the places we needed to see in Cardiff.

Minor issues: locating the keys was very convoluted and would be terrible for someone with mobility or dexterity issues. The instructions were tricky to follow and we couldn't initially see the keybox because it was attached to a cycle frame and a cycle was on top of it! Then it was very hard to release the box to extract a key so a person who could not bend easily or who needed help handling the box would not have been able to get the keys. Some bins in the apartment had not been emptied, there were some badly broken glasses in the kitchen cabinets and the bath panel had come away from the water. Also water did not drain easily from the shower cubicle and tub. These are all easily rectifiable and didn't detract from our stay. We would stay there again

When we arrived at the apartment; at about 5pm, it hadn't been cleaned at all. Beds had not been changed, the bathroom was dirty, and all the rubbish was left on the kitchen work top. Worse than that, the people who had vacated the property had left it in a real smelly mess. When I managed to speak to the owner, she apologised and said a cleaner was on the way. What she didn't seem to appreciate was that the flat smelt so bad, and the toilets were such a mess, I did not want to stay there. We left the apartment, didn't stay, and are still trying to get our money back.

The flat was dirty and smelt. I would not stay there. Also, previous feedback on this site is accurate stating that it is quite difficult to navigate access to the key and the parking space.

Size and decor plus cheaper than a hotel and 3 times the size

The stupid Lockbox… it was pouring with rain and dark and there were a few of them. I couldn’t see, my glasses were all wet. It’s a bad idea. Someone older is not able to bend down in the dark and manage that. Plus you don’t get to see where it is until after you’ve paid. Terrible idea. I put them in the 147 mailbox, I was t bending down and dealing with that to return them.

Location excellent, lovely view down towards the bay. Apartment was really lovely with all the facilities we could want and more. On site parking was a real bonus. Great communication with host, couldn't ask for better.

Fantastic location, clean and tidy, stocked up with what’s required.

Dishwasher wasn’t emptied, very minor issue.

The saga of entry to the apartment which was very difficult and almost impossible when it was dark! Picking up a box attached to a bicycle rack with a code which was black and using it for entry to a garage and apartment!! They need to come up with a better idea!!
