Amazing 2 Bed 2 Bath Apartment City Centre Free Secure Parking

It’s very central, and very well run. Very clean, equipment, beds, linens and towels all good. The owner was really helpful, went the extra mile for us, quick responses to my questions about additional parking and charging points for an electric car, even though we only had a 2-night stay.

Very clean, good location, comfortable bed, helpful owners, easy parking.

The only issue we had was there was no hot water the first morning. The hot water heater isn’t on all the time - you have to boost the boiler if you want to use hot water outside of the programmed hours. We did this and still didn’t have hot water. The owners were responsive and came on-site very quickly. We’re not 100% sure what caused the issue, our guess was because we used the washing machine (even though we washed in cold water) it pulled the water from the hot water heater. Later in the day the owners came back to verify we had hot water, which we did.

Very noisy due to the nearby train tracks.

The location was suberb for the city center,very spacious and had everything you needed,washing pods were even dropped off whilst we were out.

This property is exceptional. Absolutely everything was amazing from top to bottom. The best communication, excellent location in the city centre, and the most well-equipped apartment I’ve ever seen. Everything from cleaning products and laundry liquid, to drying racks and spare blankets.

We cannot fault this at all. You’re a fool if you stay anywhere else in Cardiff! Absolutely nothing wrong with the car park as some other reviews might suggest.

Lovely location except it’s right by the train station. I hadn’t realized that and it was incredibly loud all day and night except for Sunday. A blessing!

The apartment could get a little warm and as others have said, there was some noise from the trains but if windows were shut this was ok

Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Principality Stadium. The owner was responsive to the issues we encountered.

Poorly maintained appliances and furniture. Chest of drawers on brink of collapse, hairdryer sparked and short circuited, dishwasher door faulty and appliance tipped forwards, washing machine door lock feature broken resulting in flooded floor. We paid £1400 for 3 nights and received a refund of only £150 direct from the owners. Given that we spent over an hour clearing up the flood and saved their wooden floor we were disappointed. In hindsight we should have taken it up directly with booking.com
