Good location, well appointed flat, plenty of space and the sofa bed was fine for one person. Bedding easy to find and use. Kitchen well designed and also well equipped.

The stairs upto the property are fairly steep to take bags up but that's the nature of a maisonette. The bathroom is very small so it's hard to get dressed etc in there, but the shower is great. The heating had been left off between lets, which is fine but it meant it was freezing on arrival (early March booking) and took half an hour to warm up. The boiler in the kitchen is extremely noisy for anyone staying on the sofa bed.

comfortable and clean , beautiful kitchen with everything you need for a stay there , lovely comfy beds , plus lovely tray of goodies inc biscuits mixed coffees and tea .

The location was perfect for Peebles town centre and Hay Lodge Park (for Parkrun). The rooms were well equipped for use with beautiful bed linens, toiletries/towels in the bathroom, a well stocked kitchen. The flat was initially quite chilly but there was snow / ice on the ground outside and the heating provided was easy to boost when needed.

The size of the area at the bottom of the stairs was very tight for 4 to get in and get their shoes off without letting all the heat out the flat! APart from that absolutely no complaints
