Stylish George Street Apartment

Location was good. Decor and furnishings in the lounge and bedrooms were good.

Lack of communication from the owner regarding use of the storage facility for our golf equipment. We replied to her emails and asked about the storage but never got a response. Also the bathroom was tiny. Overall not what we expected and not fit for purpose for walkers, golfers. No room to take off shoes at the bottom of the stairs. Golf equipment had to be left in the car.

Clean, well-decorated. Quiet. Comfortable. Good local attractions. Good coffee.

Only complaint: tiny bathroom! Otherwise fine.

The property is really conveniently located for exploring the border region and going into Edinburgh. There has clearly been thought put into the furnishings and finishing touches.

The bathroom is very small - a shower instead of a bath would make more of the space.

Lovely couple of days in this comfortable apartment

I was ok with taking my shoes of before entering the apartment but I would have likes somewhere to do it 🙃

The flat was just as described by all the previous reviewers and as lovely as photos. Stylish, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Fully equipped with a welcome tray (coffee, tea, biscuits, jam, and marmalade). The location was perfect for Neice's wedding at Neidpath Castle (5 mins in taxi - recommend A1 taxis). It is also in walking distance to town centre (10 mins), where there are lots of independent shops, cafes, hotels and restaurants. We had lunch in the Crown Hotel - friendly staff, and lovely food. I would highly recommend this flat when visiting Peebles.

There was nothing to dislike.

It was well decorated, clean & all the appliances you need for any length of stay. In a quiet area & near to the town centre so easy to walk.

Great location, walking distance from the town and the rest and not too far from Kailzie Garden.

The “Wee Tap” 😂😂 its so cute and i always forget to gently turn on the tap 😍
