Easy to find and near to city centre.

I am sorry to review like this but actually plenty of things to complain. Very uncomfortable stay in this hot weather. There were no arrangements considering weather warning. The warning was declared long back but unfortunately ,the owners did not make any attempt to keep a fan for guest comfort. The room blinds could not be opened and this made things worse. I could not sleep the whole night for this and am leaving for my morning meeting with headache + very tired. The surrounding was noisy due to proximity to road which I know can’t be helped. Customer service and support had a lot lacking. Just sharing house rules, codes and reasons for any fines, is not a good customer service when all over UK people are taking extra care for weather. Email to property not answered overnight till today. Very poor value for money and really makes a case for complaint and refund claim. Booking.com needs to take note please. (The above was informed to me by my wife who stayed in the property for a conference in Bristol)

Great location for university open day

Confortable, très bien placé, bien équipé, calme.

Lo mejor la ubicación, en pleno centro. Cerca de la estación de autobús, la de tren a 20 minutos. La cama muy cómoda

La habitación daba a la calle principal y aun con las ventanas cerradas se oía mucho el ruido de los coches que circulaban casi toda la noche.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Spacious, pretty clean and fairly basic but all in working order and decent.

The location of the accommodation was great. It was very central. I appreciated the free laundry machines in the basement. The apartment was pretty spacious. The sheets were clean and I liked how fluffy the towels were.

The apartment was very very loud. It was very warm and hard to sleep. The apartment could use a fresh coat of paint. There was mold in the shower on the caulking. I didn't like the automatic light on in the bathroom. I would have preferred a switch so the light doesn't come on in the middle of the night.

Needs a shelf in the shower for the shampoo and soap

L’appartement est idéalement placé. Peu de bruit de la rue contrairement à ce qu’on a pu lire.

Le matelas est à changer, un côté ressort bizarrement. Il fait très chaud et pas de possibilité d’arrêter le chauffage, les régulateurs ne marchent pas. Les stores ne peuvent pas s’ouvrir. Il faudrait les changer.

quiet convenient and perfect for one night

gaps in Flooring and really creaky, mouldy shower seals unfinished skirting and venetian blind control cords 8ft up out of reach so no daylight or views.
