Great Location, good heating

The only positive point (if I can even call it that) is that the location is relatively good.

First of all, we had a major inconvenience upon arrival around 8:30 PM, completely exhausted, only to find that our apartment was absolutely dirty because no one had cleaned up after the previous guest! We sent messages to the hosts, tried calling them, and only when we were about to book another place in the city they finally responded. They claimed they had tried to call us but couldn’t reach us (which I don’t believe, because they could have simply sent a message through the Booking app before, but they didn’t). Attached you can find the photos on how we found the apartment. They asked us to move to another apartment on the ground floor of the building—which was terrible! Every night, we were woken up in the middle of the night by loud noises from people entering the building (since the entrance door was right next to our bedroom). We could hear every single step from the apartment above us, and to top it all off, on the last night, a woman decided it was a great idea to smoke and talk on the phone in the building’s hallway, right in front of our door, at 3 AM! On top of that, the Wi-Fi was awful, which was a huge problem for us since we work remotely. The communication with the team was terrible—on the day after we arrived, they sent us several messages asking us to move back to the original apartment, only to later send more messages telling us to disregard the previous ones. A complete mess!

Easy to access, good location, bed was comfortable and clean.

It was cheap, so I wasn’t expecting much, but the room I had appeared tired. Generally clean, but some low level grime was apparent around the sink etc. also some minor cosmetic damage here and there. One thing I didn’t like was the shower tray didn’t drain off until after the shower, most likely the drain was blocked.

Location was good as not too far from the venue we were going to, and close to town, the building was quiet. Room itself was small but felt roomy because of the high ceiling. Was ideal for our short stay

The automatic/sensor light in the bathroom kept turning off whilst I was showering, had to step out of the shower & wave my hand around to get it to come back on! Also the water was boiling & couldnt figure out how to make it cooler.
