The security deposit of £100 for 1 night. It then took 6 days to get it back.

I think there must be a strong smell of mould when you walk in but other than that was perfect

Really easy check-in and great communication from hosts. Room was clean and well-equipped with lovely high ceilings! No streaming service option on the tv and the shower was not amazing but we had a very comfortable bed and both slept really well. Would definitely stay here again! :)

code difficult to follow and lighting not brilliant on door code area. We got the code very late from booking.com and couldn't get in at first

Clean apartment. Comfortable bed Everything we needed was there.

We weren't advised the room was up 4/5 flights of stairs & I have a lot of health conditions that made this very difficult 😢 also whoever was in the room last left an awful smell 🤢. Bit missing from the fridge for milk. These things spoiled our stay.

Decor, had everything needed for a short stay. Supplied with tea bags, coffee and packet milk. Nice towels. Big shower. Wardrobe.

Kitchen Cupboard doors dirty with smear marks, skirting in bathroom tired and covered with dust. Paint marks to bottom of shower. Overlooked by workmen on building close next door.
