I did not encounter any staff at the property. The location was fantastic and apartment was very clean. Large kitchen/communal area and 3 good sized rooms. Would recommend.

Great location and nice space

Very very noisy. Pubs caused excessive street noise all night.

Central location

Location was excellent. Large spacious and comfortable.

Only received one key which was not great for a large group staying. Could do with a floor length mirror in bedrooms.

Excellent central location. Comfortable beds with crisp and clean linen. Well equipped and spacious accommodation.

Difficulty in opening key safe. Steepness of internal stairs. No use at all if you have mobility issues. Being expected to take garbage and recycling around the corner to a bin store.

The property was great for our family trip - very comfortable. When there was a problem with the microwave, the host was very responsive and had it fixed by the next morning.

Truely exceptional location. Very comfortable property. Very easy to find and instructions for keys were very easy to follow. Beds were very comfortable.

Some of the walls could use a clean, minor but detracted from a lovely apartment that was otherwise faultless, clean and very comfortable.

Location was absolutely perfect. Easy walk to everything you could want. Easy to pop in and out during the day

Parking is a hassle. £25/ day charge. Access to drop luggage was a challenge, as it is not always an open road. Down side of the central access was late night (1100 pm) and early morning (0600) noise from the pub and delivery. Bit of an adventure/ hunt to get the right door for the key, then the key, then the apartment door.

Superb location in the heart of York. Very clean confortable and spacious apartment.

Nothing really except if you have mobility issues you might find difficult. The apartment is first floor up steepish steps then the second and third bedrooms are up anothet 2 flights. Not an ussue for us but guest should know this
