Central

Cutlery and plates weren’t clean. No cleaning stuff provided so likely why. We bought some to use but would be good if they left a cloth at least so others would clean

Fantastic location and were able to drop our bags early and then come back at check in time

The beds are not comfortable at all and all very wobbly - they need screws tightening up. There is also a sign outside one of the bedrooms which is lose and when the wind blows (which it did every night) it bangs against the wall - this needs to be fixed

The location is very central - York at your doorstep! Very nicely decorated, good quality bedding and towels The open plan kitchen lounge is great

The street noise was really quite bad until 3am! It’s city centre life but it’s not restful! There are a lot of stairs - it’s fine if you are fit but be prepared for 3 flights to the 3rd bed and 2nd bath. Not for anyone with mobility issues. Fridge door shelf broken and patched with sellotape, missing bathroom shelf, not vacuumed in places. Needs a bit of tlc basically

Spacious

Extremely noisy with pub across the road , dj music was so loud until midnight, the windows did not keep the music out it was worst nights sleep I’ve ever had staying anywhere , needed bigger quilts on bed , beds uncomfortable and creaky

Amazing location right in the centre of the city. Fully equipped property and easily accommodated 5 adults.

Because of central location there was obvious street noise at night but didn’t detract from a great stay.
