Beautiful Loft City Centre, Liverpool 1

Great place to stay, comfortable, cozy, great location

I did a load of washing and there was NO clothes rack/airer to hang it on, had to hang the clothes all over the chairs and sofas, not ideal, but it got dried in the 3 nights we stayed😋

Absolutely beautiful personal space Excellent value for money And Julie has been fantastic..the owner.. The apartment is beautifully tasteful Very comfortable. And so much more.. i will return..Thankyou👍👍..

Location

Perfect location for Lime st train station and Liverpool 1bus station(.I travelled up from Cornwall for the Bruce Springsteen concert at Anfield) Proximity to Albert dock. Excellent size. Host very helpful on telephone.

Crack in toilet seat and flush not particularly efficient.

The whole experience was a nightmare.

Julie, the owner, was incredibly rude to deal with. When I discovered (immediately after booking when I received my confirmation email as it was not advised in the ad) the lockbox was kept a 10-minute walk from the property, I asked if she would please refund so that I could find somewhere with keys at the location (due to travelling halfway around the world from NZ), she refused. When I got to the property, it was disgusting - incredibly dirty and there were rat droppings visible. I did not stay there, I ended up paying for accommodation elsewhere due to the state of the place. Julie asked me not to put up a bad review in an exchange for refunding my money. It is now 2 months later and I've never received my refund or heard a word back from her. I absolutely would not recommend this property to other travelers. The advertisement is incredibly misleading.

Very nice location

I had to put one of the glass tables back together as when I moved it it fell apart. It was a nut and bolt job but I fixed it. I did not break it i fixed it. Made it clear to the rep

The location was a two minute walk from everything so perfect for whatever you want do

We had a wonderful experience with this accommodation. Getting the keys was easy, Julie was prompt to help with any question. The appartment is very well situated, 5mn walk from the docks and at the heart of the city center, with shops and restaurants galore. The bed was comfy and we even spent evenings cooking and enjoying Netflix after a long day of visiting and walking. We felt at home and would recommend this flat anytime.

The bathroom sink is a little tricky. The street can be a bit noisy on weekend evenings, be aware you are in a city center, and people can talk loudly in the street.
