The floors squeak when you walk on them and the hot water was cold after 2 showers 😏

Julie was so helpful, and the apartment was ideal for us

The worst host I have met. Do not recommend to deal with her! Her communication and attitude were awful and insulting. And the description of the apartment is wrong, there is no balcony.

The worst host! Absolutely insulting attitude. I have forgotten my blazer at the apartment. I contacted the host and sent money for postage expenses. The host claimed that she has sent the blazer, but the package has not been delivered, and there was no notification from carrier, though the host claimed that she will state my email and phone for the contact. The host just refuses to provide me the tracking number! Her communication and attitude were awful and insulting. When I requested to provide the tracking number, she just blocked me in Whatsapp. I have never such swinish attitude!

Excellent location, a short walk from the conference centre, Albert Docks, and River Mersey. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, but quiet, especially at night. Easily walkable from Lime Street and Central railway stations. Spacious and comfortable.

The kitchen was well equipped, but a frying pan would have been handy, as would a microwave.

We hit lucky that they were on site cleaning the apartment for our arrival, otherwise it would had been about 15 mins walk to get the keys from the train station, good location to the main shops and Matthew Street. Good shower pressure, Only 1 set of stairs to get into property, Key was a bit had to open the front door, i couldn't do it but my partner managed it after a little while,

The blinds need to be looked at in all the rooms, too much sunlight comes in the bedroom as they don't shut right and couldn't alter them, was nervous about pulling them up or down as not very secure, Stand up mirror does not stand up as broken so had to lean up against a wall with a plug to dry my hair, pleased an extension was in the apartment, Dropping the keys off at the station, walked as left the car in the car park, it is a canny little walk, and had to wait half an hour as was match day and the key safe was very busy, The key for the front door shame nothing can be done about this.

Perfect location so close to everything, beautiful apartment and lovely host so helpful 😀 could not fault anything! Will definitely be booking for my next trip
