Perfect home from home. Beautiful cottage. Everything you could have needed was there. Lovely and welcoming.

First impressions were that it was spotlessly clean. The welcome pack was generous and the property itself was lovely…. Very home from home, which enabled us to settle in very quickly. So much pride has been taken to make this an ideal accommodation for families.

What is there not to like!!! It ticked all the boxes for our trip.

Lovely cozy house, containing everything you could need. Super helpful website link with house/location details sent before the trip. Comfy bed, cute living area & all the usual kitchen utensils. Parking space is a little tight but wasn't too bad at this time of yr as no one else next to. Location in November was pretty quiet(exactly what I needed though) only a few shops/take away places & one pub for food which was lovely- the owl. Along with the beach - all within10min walk. 10 minute drive into lovely Rye & a little over that to Dungness. Perfect for chilly dog beach walks in the winter & I'd imagine it's alot more lively in the summer. We'll defo book again!

Loved the whole property. Location was great. Additional touches from Richard and Sophie were really nice and made the stay even more homely

Nicely decorated- as per pictures. Sofas were comfortable as was the main bed. Great location for the beach. Lots of info provided by the host to help with local surroundings and recommendations for where to eat. Easy check in and good to have on site parking.

Property was beautiful, clean and very well equipped. Location was perfect.
