Fantastically furnished with great guide to local restaurants in the area. Perfect location for beach and Rye. Loved our stay!

Great cute little road to stay on. We loved the street and it was such a cute welcoming look!

Everything was great!

This was self catering but the welcome pack included milk tea and cake which was very nice. The bedrooms were lovely and there was a downstairs loo. The location was very good, close to the beach and great if you have a dog.

There was very little room for a table. If it was arranged differently perhaps a small table could have been included instead of a drop leaf large table, with chairs in a cupboard. This property is ideal for 2 people.

It is a beautiful home and all the basic amenities we needed were provided. The hosts were super helpful and provided a guestbook with all the questions we needed already answered. 5 min walk to the beach and there is a Nisa local nearby. We even were kindly given a slightly later checkout when we asked. Would highly recommend beach boutique!

The property is beautifully finished, really nice quality furniture and kitchenware. Beds were super comfy and the little touches of a welcome gift and the diffuser and music on were perfect. Great walking distance to the beautiful camber sands beach.

It’s a little smaller than it looks on the photos, not large enough to have the dining table and chairs out, had to put up and down each time we wanted to use which was a bit of a faff with a baby around. Bathroom is a little more tired than the rest of the property, didn’t feel luxurious like the rest did.

The house was decorated really nicely, good quantity furnishings and felt homely. Bedding and towels really nice too. Nice touches like coffee pods, washing pods and dishwasher tablets. Great information guide emailed prior to arrival.

Accommodation was spotlessly clean and all everything you could need was provided. Complimentary milk, biscuits, cake and coffee pods were a nice touch. Beach excellent for dog walking pre May as the whole stretch is dog friendly. No distance to beach from Accommodation. 2 small convenience stores 5 mins walk providing essentials. Found 3 pubs open within 10 mins walk, fairly quiet due to time of year. Ate at The Owl as the had a Tapas night, for very good and staff exceptional friendly, all found time to chat. Dog friendly, didn't take him to Tapas night but he was welcome. Rye Town short drive with plenty of parking due to time of year. Nice to wander around for a couple of hours. Thoroughly recommend the accommodation for those wanting a home from home dog walking break.

I think you would need to be excessively picky to find any fault with the accommodation
