Patio door by kitchen did not lock - had to wedge a broom in to keep it secure when we were out. Needs urgently fixing. Gardens needed tidying - needed sweeping and grass overgrown

Great location, comfy apartment. I booked two large apartments for a big family trip with the dogs. All local amenities close by and Pateley Bridge was lovely.

Too many things missed with regards cleaning, snags and attention to detail. Did not meet my expectations for the price I paid, I really had hoped for better.

Exceptional penthouse. Perfect location 5 mins walk into village. Definitely recommend and will return.

The bed was comfortable and all the bedding was immaculately clean. Perfect location for where we were going.

Decor needs a refresh as looking a bit drab in places. Think the guests before us had a party because kept finding ‘hen do’ confetti on the floor. Toilets, shower, sofa and dining table were dirty.

The location is great, near the town.
