Nydsley Hall by Luxury Travel Emproium - 4 Luxury Apartments - 2 with Hot Tubs

The location was good and spacious apartment.

Very tired with stains on the sofa, dining chairs and carpet. The blind in the main bedroom is not working and kitchen and hallway very dark as most of the lights didn’t work. On arrival we had to wash plates, cups and the oven trays were dripping in oil. It was a celebratory birthday weekend and such a disappointment to have to clean before we could cook. The windows were filthy and covered in finger prints. When emptying the bin, there was old rotten smelly food in the plastic bin under the liner. The bathrooms were relatively clean, however on arrival one of the toilets was in a dreadful state and we had to clean before use. Overall the apartment needs updating and a thoroughly good deep clean. The apartments are advertised as perfection (Maison-Parfaite) and are described as wonderfully clean and this is an inaccurate description. We contacted the management company immediately and they responded with apologies, but did not offer to rectify anything during our 3 day stay. On returning home we received an email from the general manager apologising and offering a 20% discount for a future stay which we politely declined.

Not enough mugs, plates or tumblers in the kitchen.

We hired all 4 apartments at the property, for a family get-together to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. We were able to accommodate our 6 offspring and their partners plus grandchild in dedicated rooms, and the lounge area in our Grande Suite was perfect for a communal meeting, seating, eating purposes. The garden of the Grande Suite was a marvellous asset as we enjoyed wonderful sunshine over the 3 day stay. We hugely appreciated the warm welcome and helpful assistance from Will, the cleaner who we met on arrival. He had the place absolutely spotless. Property is located a few yards from the centre of Pateley Bridge which is beautifully set in the English countryside. Memories have been captured and it is true to say that Nydsley Hall was the star of the show, (including 2 hot-tubs) making our special celebration a pleasure for all. Thank you.

Nothing. The excellent accommodation delivered everything we could have wanted, and more.

Lovely place to be. This was a return visit.

Parking arrangements - other guests used our spot most days. Hot tub could have been fresher. Had to treat water every day or so. In need of decorating. Lots of scuffs and patched in bits. Kitchen equipment cutlery and glassware a bit sparse. Skylight could do with a wash.

The apartment was beautiful, the village was fantastic and it's ideally situated for visiting areas of Yorkshire.

The en-suite shower and sink was far to small , the colour of the walls dark purple made it even smaller. Need’s re decorated in light colour. No welcome pack, garden need’s attention ASAP so you can use the hot tub.

The apartment well suited our needs as we just needed a local base for a couple of nights. It was very well situated within easy reach of the village, river and parks, less than a five minute walk to shops, pubs and eateries. It was well equipped with modern appliances and the bathroom very 'swish'. I

Unfortunately there were no instructions for the ovens or dishwasher (we didn't use the washing machine); however we managed. There was no washing up liquid or tea towel forcing us to us the dishwasher for only a few items. One or two lights weren't working causing it to be a slightly dark in the kitchen area. Both bedrooms were painted very dark colours so were a little too dark even with all the lights on. One bedroom blind was unable to be closed completely but we had a choice of rooms thankfully

Great apartment with everything you need for a break away. Location was excellent close to all amenities and staff quick to respond to queries.

Hot tub area could have been more inviting. Grassed area was not great.

Very central location but nicely tucked away. Parking good. Stylish apartment with a sunny terrace.

No wardrobe/hanging space in main bedroom. No tea towels.
