Having been here before we knew the location was perfect in the middle of everything but still very quiet and calm. Having allocated parking space was a big factor too and collecting the keys was straight forward.

only small thing teabags/coffee/sugar were provided but no milk, but shop was close by.

Excellent location. And blocks out the sound of the local streets well. Well appointed. Comfortable bed and good shower. Felt really comfortable.

Could have done with slightly bigger bath towels. But not really that much of an issue.

Central to shops and restaurants. Great for wheelchair being on the ground floor and having wide doors. It’s a really lovely layout. Clean and comfortable. Great view from the window of the Minster and some friendly squirrels.

Location location location, hidden little gem, so tranquil even in the hustle and bustle of York, everything that was needed is provided, best apartment we have stayed in the 20+ years we have been coming to York. We liked it that much we’ve already booked up for next year.

Fantastic location - central yet so peaceful. Warm and very comfortable. Hosts were very responsive, accomodating and helpful and gave very clear and detailed instructions to locate and enter the property.

The bed was much firmer than our preference, but that of course is a matter of personal preference and I'd expect other guests will very much appreciate that.
