Great location and base for our visit to the Royal Commonwealth pool. Onsite parking a huge bonus in the city. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Quiet area but all amenities close by - huge ASDA for those self catering, bus and tram links good too.

Nothing major - just a few minor improvements needed . Only 1 key & fob - a 2nd would be a big help. Neither of the bathroom sinks and bath plugs worked. Light bulbs above the kitchen sink and cooker hob need replacing. French doors are broken. Tap on kitchen sink is really stiff and sink takes a long time to drain. Rental prices in Edinburgh are becoming far too expensive which will unfortunately result in us visiting much less often

Lovely location, closer to the city centre than expected and great travel links with bus & tram. Our host responded very quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful

Great location being near the water. It was close to the tram station, making it easy to travel into the city. Parking was easy and convenient as it’s in front of the property. Big and spacious apartment.

The only downside was our key fob stopped working. We were temporarily locked out of the apartment and had to wait a few hours until we could get back in.

Only 1 hairdryer that didn’t work very well
