Location, view, spaciousness

Worn carpet, door handles not working, very squeaky doors, dirty windows looking out to the view, no working exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Door leading outside from dining area broken. Outside door from one bedroom not always engaged when locked. Difficult to use. Thin bathroom towels. We asked for windows to be cleaned. This didn’t happen. There is no “stunning” view with filthy windows.
