The keypad entry system meant I could gain access immediately.

The decor in the entrance hallway could do with sprucing up. I disliked that the cleaning materials could be seen through the shop window to the street, which didn't make a very good impression on arrival. I'd suggest that those cleaning cloths and stuff could be stored in a different place so that the visual appeal from the street is better. But that is a small point in an otherwise very well-appointed, clean and comfortable apartment. Thank you!

It was all very clean and tidy. Came with all the facilities we needed and more. We stayed during the carnival which meant we were in the perfect location just off the main route.

The only problem we found, which couldn’t be helped was the noise from the upstairs property. we are not used to having people above us and they appeared to be walking around a lot until late at night.

Perfect location and very comfortable

it was surprisingly roomy and had an amazing kitchen with beautiful decor. the shower was so roomy too and the beds were soooo comfy. it was practically perfect :))

the one thing was that the upstairs was a bit noisy, they were banging about a lot of the time but we put that down to a thin ceiling and kids upstairs.

The flat is lovely and Jess has added lots of little touches, like milk and biscuits and hairdryer etc., Bed was comfy and a central location.

Not the fault of Jess, but the neighbours above were really noisy and it was constant, I ended up putting the TV on loud to drain out the stomping and banging and it made the stay less enjoyable. Entrance was a bit messy but once through to the flat it was exceptional.
