Old Yarn Apartment - Close to city walls

Location was great and accomodation was modern and clean

Noise every morning early hours from bakery underneath on full volume 6am pumping out vibrating through the flat. Also construction work next door resulting in access often blocked or restricted, However construction workers were very polite and helpful.

brilliant place, over clean, 5/10 minute walk to the centre.

It was a modern well furnished and clean appartment. The shower room and kitchen were of a high standard. Easily walkable from the station.

The description did not warn guests that the bakery below would play music that could be heard in the apartment from 6:30 in the morning and into the evening.

Apartment was clean, tidy and location for city and bus very convenient

Apartment itself was clean and well.presented. the outside is currently having building work going on with mo outside lighting around the property for access / egress. Making this highly dangerous for people to trip over and fall. This makes the situation worse at this time of the year when check in is after 1600 when it is almost dark, hence the need for lighting. If check in was made earlier to allow for the safety of the guests this would help. If your going for a night out then you would be returning to the property in total darkness. Lighting is highly recommended before someone has an accident. If your staying through week, expect to be woken around 7am with building work. Location, distance from the station, amenities and modern updated apartment.

No notice of major construction being done behind the building. You had to walk through a construction zone to enter the apartment. Bakery under the apartment has good pastries but sometimes blares music in the morning. You can also smell the backed goods in the apartment, which for us was fine. Also note the bakery is storing their large bins right next to the entrance to the apartment which is unpleasant at times. Bedroom was on the second floor with the shower and a sink but toilet was on the first floor down a narrow and somewhat steep staircase. No problem for us, but anyone with mobility issues woudl find it challenging.

There was a building site and chemical toilet outside our entrance. We found ticket stumps from former tenants in the flat.It had not been adequately cleaned.
