Parking as a new driver was a little tricky but ok with a banksman!

The location was very good as we used the bus, having driven from Leeds and carrying onto Southern Spain by car. We wanted to limit car use in Plymouth area

We were warm enough as, luckily, it was quite mild weather but I think guests in winter might be cold as the heating thermostat was preset and locked away in a box. When I enquired, I was told the heating was on 7-8 and 5-10. If I wanted more, the host would come to an arrangement with me. ( It never actually came on when we were in) He mentioned the cost of heating which is a point for all places offering accomodation at this time. I think it will be an issue for all those establishments. There was a drain type smell in the bathroom on 2 of the days we were there and the window/ door to the balcony in the lounge did not fit correctly as there was a terrible draught when it was windy.

Fabulous apartment spotlessly clean could not fault anything every thing you needed provided. Had a great weekend ☺

Friendly, helpful host. Spotlessly clean with well appointed kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfy beds and good location. Quiet area with parking.
