Little too far out of the centre as I was walking

Toilet Fan was too noisy, door was slaming badly.

Lee's place is beautifully kept, with a s/w facing balcony, convenient for transport into Plymouth and he is a great host.

Lovely, well kitted apartment. Clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

The basic considerations of making sure there was tea coffee sugar and fresh milk in the fridge. The attention to detail and level of cleanliness was impressive. Although not everyone's priority, the TV programme selection was brilliant with lots of freeview and some subscription service available (Netflix), signal reception was spot on.

Only very minor observation regarding the property, but the extractor fan in the bathroom was noisy but didn't really intrude on anything we were doing. Just a heads up - anyone booking here who has challenges walking needs to be aware that the area is quite hilly.

Very well and tastefully fitted-out. Thoughtful specification of fixtures and fittings throughout, e.g. blackout blinds in bedroom. Everything there you could want. Great view from balcony/living room-kitchen. Clean and well-maintained. Very quiet area.
