"Great apartment and value for money."

We've stayed here several times in the last few years and we love it. Lee is an excellent host. The apartment is immaculately clean and very well maintained in a great location with a lovely little balcony overlooking Plymouth. Parking is free and off-road. Local bus stops are nearby. What's not to like? Congratulations Lee.

Exceptional clean, everything you need is there. lovely views and off road parking .

Stairs, but that’s because of my own health issues . The kitchen/lounge and bathroom are all on one level .

This apartment was a surprise, it was better than expected, and amazing value. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. The apartment was cosy, and immaculate. Fantastic base for visiting Devon and Cornwall, Will definitely book to stay again.

This apartment was perfect, there was nothing I didn't like, if I had to pick one thing I would say it would have been nice to have a couple of chairs on the balcony.
