Friendly and very helpful

We were charged considerably extra than what was agreed but thankfully I had confirmation to price that was agreed at time of booking

As always, the team are courteous, friendly, and professional - amending bookings as required, and providing a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere throughout the stay.

The spacious apartment. Two members of staff were exceptional Vanessa & Libby who was extremely helpful.

The floors in the apartment were dirty. They were hoovered but needed steam cleaned or mopped. The reason why both my partner and I had been walking about with no shoes on and no socks. Our white socks and feet were dirty black.

The property is well furnished but the sitting area was rather small for our group ! The flat was a good size overall but the living area space needs reconfigured , the Tv is way too high and I was struggling not to hurt my neck!

There was meant to be Wi-Fi but there was none , a few DIY jobs need doing such as , lightbulbs changed, remotes for tellies checked and batteries changed, microwave needs attention as didn’t work , lock of main door was dodgy and needs attention , overall what could be an exceptional property sadly let down by a few key things. The en suite room is lovely but the windows need cleaned as do the safety bars which are thick with mossy stuff! We arrived and windows were open to air the place but this made it harder to heat up the rooms as the heating was set at 18 and could not be changed! Kitchen well kitted out with what you need for your stay ! Overall I expected an 8 or 9 out of 10 but sadly was not! Lower the TVs as they really are awkward to view at the height they’re placed! Good sized accommodation bedroom wise , comfortable and clean beds , good bathroom
