Amazing use of the space. In terms of facilities they really have done the best that they can with the space available. Also so grateful for the breakfast items etc that were kindly left including milk, butter, bread, eggs and cereals which we didn't expect!

Unfortunately the place wasn't as clean as we expected it to be. There were hairs in the bed and in the bathroom, the floor didn't appear to have been hoovered. There was little storage in the place which we expected but we didn't expect the cupboard in the bathroom which I opened to put my toiletries in to be as it was or the inside of the dressing table. There was also a blanket at the bottom of the bed which admittedly it was far too warm to need to use but it was covered in bits as if it had been on the floor outside. There was also several cobwebs all round the sky light and a few resident spiders. It is also advertised as having an outside terrace which is simply just the side of the main house with what appeared to be rubbish also adjacent and not somewhere I would choose to sit to enjoy the outside. Additionally the place is advertised as being air conditioned. Although there were two fans, this isn't the same as air con. We had an old pup staying with us that really suffers in the heat and part of the reason we booked was the fact that it was air conditioned. Needless to say both us and the dog were far too warm even at night as the fans just blew around warm air. Unfortunately due to the size of the place those things are really maximised as you notice the smaller details far more. For the price that we paid also for such a small place I expected it to be immaculate and to exceed expectations. This is somewhere I was hoping would be a regular spot for us and I had family members asking about what it was like with plans for them to stay too but unfortunately next time I'll be looking for somewhere different.

Lovely compact apartment, host has made excellent use of the available space. Excellent shower room, comfortable bed, breakfast items provided. Short walk to Saltdean lido and coast Will book again.

The space used was fantastic they had all you needed a lovely comfortable bed after a long days work was perfect. Variety of coffee, tea and breakfasts provided was just perfect for me. A shot walk to sea front and shops so you had everything you needed in one area.

Great value, quirky, easy access to Brighton via no 27 bus. Breakfast provided. Free parking.

No way to stop light coming in through the skylight so woke up at 4.30am! Attention to detail with cleanliness was lacking in some areas
