New King Street Apartment

Location was great Bedroom 1 was also great with comfortable bed

Bedroom 2 was too small and basically just had a 3/4 Size double bed which took up all floor space. Advertised with sofa bed, but no sofa bed at property so we had to buy a blow up bed for one of our guests! Not enough towels supplied for number of guests!!

Localization is continental, kitchen well equiped, the backyard nice to have but difficult yo enjoy

the garden at the back requires a bit of weeding because it is completely overgrown and impossible to use. Forget about the invoice you will never get it, the bathroom is probably a converted other room and it evaporates quickly. The room is the room is two-levels, but from level zero to -1, this is not a disadvantage but it is worth knowing about it

Great location, easy walk to bus/train station as well as all the Bath “must see” sights. Plenty of shopping and dining options within a few minutes walk. Beds were comfortable. Flat was clean and well cared for. Host was readily available and responsive via the app, email and text message. Host allowed us to keep our bags in the flat passed check out time so that we were able to further explore the town unhindered before our outgoing train

Bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the basement level, therefore there is an element of humidity and musty smell down there. There’s a dehumidifier, but the musty smell remains. Would be nice of the host to provide more in the way of comfort items ie coffee/teas (there was about 1/4 of a jar of instant coffee along with some open bags of dried pasta and a half finished bottle of orange juice), and maybe some small soaps/shampoos. Maybe I’m just being spoiled, but these things have been the norm for us to find on our travels. First time not finding them in an accommodation.

This property was amazing, we had a great stay in Bath. The apartment was clean and in a perfect location close to the town centre. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this place

A hidden gem of an apartment in the heart of Bath. The pretty garden out back, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches sprinkled throughout the apartment made this a place we'll be sure to return to the next time we visit!
