Home with a view

This is our second stay at this apartment and we love it. The location is perfect for us as we love spending time in Moffat and the surrounding areas. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for your visit. I don't think we could ever get tired of the view of the high street with the beautiful hills in the background. I'm sure will be booking again as soon as possible.

Not a problem for us, but there are a few stairs up to the apartment, worth it for the views though.

The 3 flights of stairs were not easy for us

A spacious apartment with high ceilings and warm decor. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in, as it is even better than the pictures. The master bedroom in particular was large and well furnished. The stairs up to the rental were not a problem at all. It’s a wide staircase with a couple of landings, so that makes it easier to manage. The view is spectacular. That is the biggest plus of this rental. Views from every room. We stayed in one afternoon when it was raining, and we loved sitting with our cup of tea watching the town in action down below. Parking is on the street, but very easy. Lovely, quaint and friendly town with a high number of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and sweet shops all lining High Street. We loved staying here, and wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Some quirks from being an older building (windows knocked a bit when windy, thin walls, some creaky floors), but honestly that just added to the charm. The kitchen was small and basic, but it did the job. Note that there’s no dishwasher or washer, but not an issue for us as we were prepared.
