Beautiful clean apartment, with fantastic sea views.

Me and my friends liked pretty much everything, wish we could saty couple more nights. The place was cozy, clean, and perfectly located. We did the seven sisters hike from Seaford to Eastbourne; Easy access to buses. Great view of the sea. Felt right at home — highly recommend for anyone visiting the area! Would definitely return!

Modern, clean, well-equipped, comfortable, roomy, excellent sea views, private parking space.

Would have welcomed mirrors in the bedrooms and a bedside light in smaller bedroom. Some simple instructions for the induction hob (website references not always helpful). Surprised there was no fire safety notice or instructions in the flat.

Very well planned and designed apartment in a great spot on the sea front. Very clean and tidy. Comfy beds! Parking a bonus too. Good shops around

Curtains missing in second bedroom. Some noise from road and construction site opposite, but not too bad.

Lovely place great views would definitely stay again

Spotlessly clean and beautifully decked out with superb attention to detail. The beds were comfortable and everything worked perfectly. The location was great, overlooking the sea.

Plenty of room in the lounge and kitchen. Main bedroom had room for a travel cot which was provided. Plenty of towels provided. Laundry pods, washing up liquid and dishwasher pods provided. Travel cot provided and was a good cot. Good location for the beach. Free parking space. Lift in the apartment block. Fans provided.

The light shade in the lounge was too low. Partner kept hitting his head. Would suggest a different light shade. We had to move breakables out the way as our son is at the age where he could break ceramic lamps and vases positioned on the floor. Would suggest re thinking having those items if it is a family holiday let. No high chair provided but we had our own travel high chair.

The host of the property had been extremely co-operative. We felt safe in the flat and parking. The kids have had a really wonderful time and enjoyed the bunk bed. All the amenities were very well prepared for the guests.

There was some maintenance work across the road which a bit of spoiler but I am sure once that will be completed will leave no stones unturned. Also, the property gets a bit too warm during summer days; might be worth a portable aircon.
