Excellent location. Large and plenty of room for our group. Host was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

The location was excellent and the beds were extremely comfortable. The living room was perfect for our large family, and we loved the big TV and the views of the castle.

Great location right near Edinburgh castle and the mile long road. Good facilities in the kitchen. Everything was there that we needed. There were 7 in the group and it catered well for everyone including washing machine and dryer.

Extremely noisy given central location. Definitely bring some ear plugs if you want a good night sleep. Whole apartment looks a bit grotty from the stairwell and inside. Ripped flooring in places, needs a repaint as marks on the walls. Very loud creaking doors. Needs some TLC.

The property was really close to the Royal Mile. There were plenty of keys provided and the lock box was useful. The beds were really comfortable.

Checkout time was very early. Not many of the TV channels worked.

First class correspondence and honesty. We were informed by David that the George IV Apartment situated on the South Bridge in Edinburgh had experienced some water ingress and that he could offer alternative 5 Bedroom accommodation on Rose Street in Edinburgh. We met with David and his team who had worked tirelessly to ready the apartment at Rose Street and our group were very happy to accept this alternative. David very graciously gave a discounted rate. The Rose Street apartment was first class and our group would have no hesitation using this again. Highly recommended if you are visiting Edinburgh
