The house was the right size for my family .The garden was well kept and mown whilst we were there .A little park near by to walk in and local shops near by .

The location was further out from the town centre than I thought .The house was tidy and comfortable but ,the floor was a bit dusty as was the paintwork .The mattress in the smaller room was uncomfortable .Radiators were old and could do with a lick of paint .Lounger floor was cold as tiled maybe more rugs .

Nice neighbour. Quiet neighbourhood.

It smelt of wet dog. It was not cleaned. Grass in porch and in the kitchen when arrived. I had to clean every were when I arrived as it was full of dust, cup rings, fridge dirty, everything was disgusting. No tea towel or hand towels just paper towels. The kitchen floor has ingrained dirt in it, it needs scrubbing. One tea spoon, dirty cups, hardly any cutlery, dirty oven door. In the cupboard was a mop full of dirty water with a mop in it. The back bedroom near the window smelt of pee.

The location for small young families is great with big park and playing field’s literally a few minutes walk from the house.

The accommodation was lacking in the kitchen aspect with there being the bare minimum of mugs or cutlery. The website has various options ticked however upon enquiring and arriving we discovered that they were not available or never would have been i.e. BBQ facilities or vending machines. When enquiring ahead of booking about anything to do with our stay the host were very short and blunt in there responses and at times quite rude. The Wi-Fi unfortunately was not working when we were there for our entire stay which again I found the hosts to be lacking in basic customer service when contacted. All in all it was not worth the £90 per night we paid.

Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped for making a meal and decor was neutral.
